Payment
We use PayPal as our online payment processing partner. When purchasing goods from our site you will be directed to the PayPal web site to enter your card details using their secure servers. You do not need to already have or create a PayPal account. Your card details are not entered on our site and are not made available to us by PayPal. We reserve the right to reject and refund purchases made where PayPal advises us of a payment details risk.

All prices are shown inclusive of all sales taxes. Customers located outside of the European Union may need to pay additional import taxes in accordance with their local regulations.

When purchasing items from the site your credit or debit card will be charged at the time of order.

Note that our prices are set in GBP (United Kingdom Pounds). Prices in other currencies will change with changes in the exchange rate.

Delivery Of Source Code Products
All Source Code products are delivered by email and do not carry any delivery charges. Unfortunately our order system cannot be fully automated as we need to verify customer details before issuing purchased source code. However we try to process source code orders within 24 hours and usually we will email your order to you within a few hours.

Delivery Of Hardware Products
We can currently only ship hardware based products, such as development boards etc, to the countries listed below. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to other destinations at this time, but we are working to add additional destinations.
Specified delivery times are typical and longer delivery times may sometimes be caused due to carrier delays outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within the time specified below please contact us.
